I want life to matter. That’s kind of the thread that goes through my life’s work to date. Like the time in grade two when I led my classmates on a protest march around the school carrying picket signs urging everyone to pick up garbage and make change happen. It was fun and it was exciting. For some reason, I must have believed then that small actions taken by committed individuals could create change. I still do.
I work with schools, businesses and organizations exploring how each can be environments for meaning to unfold, and where their students, employees and membership can unquestionably know that they matter.
